Profile: Kyle was signed just after the season kicked off in August 2006 and proved to be an excellent signing and had a great season, a season that eventually saw him end up as club captain. He had spent most of the previous season with Cirencester Town after he was released by Swindon Town in the summer of 2005. He is a solid defender with good defence abilities, reads the game well and has great technique on the ball. He will always look to pass the ball out of defence and set up play.

As stated he proved to be an excellent signing for the club and the management team is hoping for further improvement this 2007/08 season as Kyle looks to move back up the football pyramid. Last season there was some rumoured interest for him from Cambridge United but nothing came of it. Whilst Kyle prefers to play at full back, due to the early season injury of Steve Davies he stepped in to play at centre half and gave some solid performances before finishing the season at full back. Along the way he contributed with five goals the best of which was a spectacular 30-yarder at Oxford City.
