High flying Bashley are our next visitors to Hunts
Copse tomorrow afternoon, Bank Holiday Monday. Bashley travel on the back of a
superb 4-0 win against Bromsgrove yesterday and will be looking to cement their
play-off place having won five and drawn one of their last six games. Our
own current record of nine games unbeaten looks to be severely under
threat by the strong and in form Bashley side.
Our squad will be similar to our last home win
against Corby with Kyle Lapham missing again through suspension and there are
doubts over Richard Kear (hip) Chris Taylor (knee) and Jason Welsh (ankle). Good news is that Simon
Heal trained on Thursday and came through with no adverse effect to the calf
injury that has kept him on the sidelines for the past six weeks, he could make
a return to the squad.
Also pushing for a start is new signing Nick
Stanley who did well when he came on against Corby and could start along side
Mark Draycott who has been in impressive form in the last three games.
