Previous Clubs: Cirencester Town, Sunshine George Cross (Australia), Newport County, Supermarine, Wilmington Hammerheads (USA), Portland Timbers (USA), Swindon Town Profile: Mark first joined the club in October 2004 from Wilmington Hammerheads (USA). Before signing for the club then he did spend a couple of weeks and a few training sessions with Chippenham Town. He then left us in February 2005 and has played for Newport County and a season in the Australian League. He recently returned from Australia and started training with the club prior to receiving international clearance in November 2006. He left before the end of last season for another spell in America before returning to the club at the start of October 2007 after a short spell at Cirencester Town. Mark is a centre forward who first came to promise with Swindon Town where he scored goals at all levels up to and including the reserves before he was released in 2003. He still holds the record for the most goals scored in the FA Youth Cup in one season, breaking the record set by Wayne Rooney, after scoring 11 in the 2002-03 campaign, including seven in a second round 9-2 win over Chelmsford City. He is also the record goalscorer for Supermarine in one match when he scored all six against Hanwell Town in the 2006/07 season. He possesses a good shot and his awareness around the box is excellent.
