The football club is very fortunate to be supported by the Supporters Club which began in earnest during the 2008/09 season. As well as relying on match day admission income, advertising and sponsorship, the club' supporters contributed a substantial amount again last season and we look forward to there continued involvement in the 2011/12 season through our  Supporters Initiatives, '£1-a-Point membership and Sponsor a Seat'. 

Our average home league gate of 159 in 2011/12 was a 16% drop on the previous 2009/10 season. That season we also saw a drop of 8% from 2008/09. In 2007/08, our first in the Premier Division, we had a 33% improvement on the 2006/07 season, the season we won promotion. The football club urgently needs an average league gate of over 200 to continue each season in Step 4.

We'd obviously like to see these numbers regularly coming through the turnstile and that's the target for both the football club committee and the Supporters Club, both will look to encourage the community of Swindon to come along and watch one of the highest placed non-league team in Swindon.
